Phimeanakas is a temple which located in the Angkor Thom city, which ancient royal palace were established here. Later on most Khmer Kings who ruled the country had been accommodated to develope the country.
Phimeanakas temple were built the end of 10th century during the reign of king Rajendravarman II (941-968). The temple was unfinished until the reign of king Suryavarman I (1006-1050).
