    Terms & Conditions:

    ·         All rates are Nett, in US Dollars per room per night and are non-commissionable.

    ·         There is no charge for children under 12 years old and sharing the same bed with their parents, up to a maximum of 2 children per room and compulsory extra charge for the breakfast.

    ·         Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon. Late check-out will depend upon availability and will be charged at 50% of the above rates. Check-out after 6pm will be charged at the full rate.

     

    Cancellation & No Show Policy

    The following cancellations charges will apply for each room cancelled according to the following rules:

    High Season: 1st Oct 2011 to 31st March 2012 & 1st Oct 2012 to 31st March 2013

    FIT : Between 14 To 7 Days prior to arrival 1 Night Charged

    Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% Charged

    GIT : Between 30 To 14 Days prior to arrival 1 Night Charged

    Less than 14 days prior to arrival 100% Charged

    Green Season: 1st Apr 2012 to 30th Sep 2012

    FIT : Between 7 To 3 Days prior to arrival 1 Night Charged

    Less than 3 days prior to arrival 100% Charged

    GIT : Between 21 To 7 Days prior to arrival 1 Night Charged
