Phnom Penh City and Siem Reap Angkor Wat

Day 1: (B/L/D) Phnom Penh

After arriving in Phnom Penh you will be welcomed by one of our tour guides who will take you to your hotel.

Lunch at local Restaurant.

This afternoon you will visit to Genocide Museum and Killing Field Cheung Ek then you can enjoy shopping at the Russian market.

 Day 2: (B/L/D) Phnom Penh

This morning you will visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum and see Sorya Supermarket, which is the largest supermarket in Cambodia.

In the afternoon, you will take a boat trip to Koh Dach where the Khmer produce their Hol and Pamourng using silk (Hol & Pamourng is a traditional Khmer costume used for special ceremonies or weddings). You will have a boat trip (private) along the Tonle Mekong river for the sunset.

Day 3:  (B/L/D) Phnom Penh – Siem Reap

This morning you will transfer to Siem Reap by Public Vehicle Bus. You will welcome by one of our tour guide who will bring you to hotel.

After lunch, you will see the Angkor National Museum and then see sunset on Phnom Bakheng.

Day 4: (B/L/D)

This morning you will start with a visit of the great city - Angkor Thom - starting from the south gate, then on to Bayon, Baphuon, royal enclosure and Phimeanakas, terrace of elephant and leper king.

In the afternoon, you will visit the magnificent temple of Angkor Wat where you will see the golden color temple during the sunset.

Day 5: (B/L/D)

Departure to the north of Siem Reap to visit the citadel of woman - Banteay Srei – a jewel indisputable of the Khmer art: entirely having been constructed by hard pink sandstone and perfectly preserved and restored. You will then drive to Kulen mountain 50 minute drive) to see the thousand Lingas river – Grand reclining Buddha and Waterfall.  It is also possible to swim and picnic.

In the afternoon, on your way back you will visit AKIRA land mine museum and then continue to Angkor site for your visit to Ta Prohm temple which was invaded by jungle and the one that "Tomb Raider" had filmed and Angelina Jolie was an actress.

 Day 6: (B/L/D)

In the morning you will start with a visit to Preah Khan temple which was known as an old temporary city of king Jayavarman VII (1181-1218). You will continue to Neak Pean Temple, which was one of the 102 ancient hospitals of King Jayavarman VII who built this hospital temple for taking care people’s health. Mebon and Pre Rup temples will be visited later on. These two temples were built by the same king ‘Rajendra Varman II (944-967) to dedecate his ancestors.

In the afternoon, you will take pleasure in “The Cambodian Cultural Village.” This is one of the best performances of Khmer culture in Cambodia. In Cambodia, both Khmer, ethnic and Chinese cultural shows are presented in different beautifully-decorated villages and there are also various dance shows, wedding ceremonies and Khmer & Chinese circuses that are performed by Khmer and Chinese including as many as 100 to 300 people.

 Day 7: (B/L/-)

This morning you will be out for a visit by boat discovering the great lake "Tonle Sap” a real interior ocean where there many fish that has been exported by the multiple villages of fishermen.  You will also have a chance to meet and talk with these villagers.  You will also visit a fish & crocodile farm before returning from the lake.

After lunch, you will visit "les Artisants d'Angkor" then the central market (old market) before transfer to the airport of Siem Reap for your international flight.
